Job Description

  • Any Graduates with 5-10 years of Experience in Construction Company.

Main Responsibilities

  • Handling of new joining employee formalities at site
  • Manage attendance records of site employees
  • Handling of Site HR & Administration
  • Statutory Compliances & maintain all required register
  • Handling employee queries and grievances & report to the HR Manager
  • Mobilization of labour colony management
  • Upkeep of Guest houses, Canteen & Office premises and provide necessary amenities to employees
  • Monthly MIS Reporting
  • Handle site patty cash
  • Sub contractor selection and evaluation forms under PM
  • Prepare site project directory
  • Arrangement of weekly labour kharchi
  • Maintain site vehicle log.
  • Precaution of labour health
