- Carry out Business Development & Marketing Activities for Gujarat.
- To identify new projects in Gujarat as per the Business Plan. Understand the client requirement and present the same to the management.
- Study the feasibility of the projects in terms of location, resources etc.& Study the financial strength of the promoters of the projects.
- Interaction & Networking to get the enquiries from clients/consultants/Architects.
- Timely and accurate preparation, submission of pre-qualification papers to various clients/consultants as per their requirements.
- To ensure timely preparation and circulation of BD MIS.
- Compiling and maintaining various documents such as project completion certificates, photographs etc.
- Updating Business Development data regularly & Updating company website periodically.
- Coordinating, negotiating and finalising various types of Insurance Policies and ensure timely payment of premiums and settlements of claims.
- Preparation and updating all documents (company profile, Corporate CD ) required for marketing purpose.
